Howl and Whistle Flower Farm was started by Melissa Garcia Parry in 2015 in Eugene, Oregon on a large city lot. After 3 years the urban farm was bursting at the seams and we headed south so we could grow the operation and a lot more flowers.

In October 2018 we moved to our 5 acres nestled in the Olalla Valley southwest of Winston, Oregon in the foothills of the Coastal Range.

The Howl and Whistle Flower Farm support team includes David Parry, husband, potter and the man behind Whistle Post Pottery.

Frida (RIP,) Doris and Sam, our beloved mutts who keep the deer at bay and love to dine on voles.

Plus our mini herd of nine goats, a mix of Nigerian Dwarfs and mini Nubians. Chickpea, Garbanzo, Macadamia, Pistachio, Peanut, Chestnut, Filbert, Luna and Willow. These goats are more pets than livestock but they work hard as sustainable brush cutters and fertilizers.
